As either an expo exhibitor or event attendee, the Expo floor is your bustling mini hub, with fellow visionaries, including women business owners, the city’s user agencies , start-ups, micro-businesses, and many others, all eager to learn about and partner with entrepreneurs like you!
To effectively prepare for the Supplier Expo, it is essential to approach the event with a clear strategy:
Carefully review the Supplier Expo’s schedule, and exhibitor list and prioritize key opportunities.
Arrive mentally and physically prepared by getting enough rest, staying hydrated, and being ready to listen actively and engage openly with other attendees!
As an exhibitor, have a prepared elevator pitch (2-3 sentences) that describes your business & services.
As an attendee, be prepared to tell the exhibitors who you are, and what products and services you and your agency need fulfilled.
As you explore the Expo floor, each booth, and display are a portal to new possibilities and resources – a chance to create awareness about your business’ product and services and/or talk about your department or agency ‘s needs.
