The Department of Procurement's Center of Excellence (COE) division is the driving force in implementing necessary changes, to consistently improve efficiency in the Department.
The COE consists of dedicated teams that cater to every arm of procurement, from maintaining and building new supplier relationships, to communicating this information to the public, all through the analytics that is the foundation of our innovation.
