Exhibition Registration & Costs::
The exhibition fee is $150.00 and includes a 10 X 10 booth. All exhibitor transactions are non-refundable.

Registration is on a "first come, first served" basis and covers 2 exhibitors.
Only 300 slots are available. ACT FAST!.
Once all the exhibit spaces have been filled, registration will be closed.
Booth Assignments:
We reserve the right to organize the Expo as we deem necessary. Oftentimes it will be by industry and on a first come, first service basis for booth assignments, but this is not a guarantee. Booth assignments will be distributed prior to the event move-in date.
Exhibitor Move-In
Monday, June 17 | 2:00 pm
Tuesday, June 18 | 7:00 am (by special exception only)
Booths must be completely set up by 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 18.
Exhibitor Move-Out
Tuesday, June 18 | 5:00 pm
All exhibit stalls must remain intact until the Expo closes at 5:00 pm ET.
All exhibits MUST be dismantled, packed and removed by 6:00 pm ET.
Standard Booth Equipment
Each 10’x10′ booth includes the following standard equipment:
8′ High Draped Backwall
3′ High Draped Siderails
(1) 6′ Draped Table
(2) Chairs
(1) Wastebasket
(1) Identification Sign with Booth Number
Exhibitors may be allowed to bring in additional signage, décor, and vending items, but must obtain approval and follow both the Show Expositions and GICC guidelines.
Water and utilities are not provided by Show Expositions and are available for purchase through the GICC at the exhibitor’s expense. For more information, visit: www.gicc.com or call 770-997-3566.
Food Sampling:
The GICC has strict guidelines regarding food sampling at the exhibit booths. Proof of the Pudding @GICC has exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Georgia International Convention Center. Exposition sponsoring organizations and/or their exhibitors may distribute sample food and/or beverage products ONLY upon written authorization and approval from Proof of the Pudding @GICC and the Georgia International Convention Center.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Items dispensed or sampled are limited products manufactured, processed, or distributed by the exhibiting firm and are related to the purpose of the show. Please note that beverages are limited to a maximum of 4oz. and food is limited to a maximum of 2oz. product.
Food and/or beverage items used as traffic promoters (i.e., popcorn, coffee, bar service, etc.) MUST be purchased from the Catering Department.
